Due to the ongoing lack of consultation on the fortnightly bin collection, Labour Councillors would like to find out how satisfied residents are with their collections. This is your chance to have your say.  This is an anonymous survey for your councillors to feedback to the Head of Environment at Adur & Worthing Council.

Adur Homes Tenants are automatically members of Adur Homes Tenants Forum. In normal times we hold meetings to discuss policies the council want to put forward and how these affect us. Due to Covoid 19 we are doing things differently.

The Responsive Repairs Consultation letter is by far one the most important and far reaching documents we have received from the Council. It is in our interests to read this document through and decide if it will indeed improve the services it proposes and raise any concerns.

Remember, this is your home and your repairs’ and it affects you and your family home. The repairs policy will be with us for many years and it is vital we come together as tenants to make sure the council gets it right. You can help.

Adur Homes has around 700 people on its housing waiting list in need of housing and urgently needs to find sites for affordable housing development.

Following a review of council owned land, the council have identified a number of small sites, most of which are blocks of garages, which have the potential to be re-developed by the Council.

The council's architects have produced initial plans and would welcome you views on the proposals.
